About Scott
I have been one of the attorneys at Fury Duarte since 2014. My current practice focuses primarily on representing people who have been seriously injured by the wrongful acts and neglect of others. This includes admiralty/maritime, medical malpractice, wrongful death, motor vehicle, electrical shock, and product liability claims, among others.

I graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in aviation management in 2004. I went on to obtain a Master of Science in Aviation Management and Human Factors from Arizona State University in 2007, and I later graduated summa cum laude with my Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2009. While in college, I completed an internship with the National Transportation Safety Board’s Office of Aviation Safety, was a research assistant in the Arizona State University aviation department, and was the editor-in-chief of the Oklahoma City University Law Review.

I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Washington State Association for Justice. I also hold a private pilot certificate with an instrument rating.
